Appreciated how the double room with nice garden was arranged when we arrived. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect for exploring this really quiet area, really close to Railway Station and city centre, the centre of the town and a samll garden. Also, Casino de Spa was only 1 km away.

The staff welcomed us warmly and there was convenient on-site parking. We stayed in a newly furnished twin room with a comfortable bed and enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of tasty meal choices.

The value for money was excellent, with competitive prices and attention to detail throughout. The staff were friendly and provided great service, making me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and good amenities. One particular detail that stood out was the table tennis facility available for guests, adding an extra element of fun to my stay.

Everything was exceptional and I couldn't find any faults.

The hotel provided a very nice experience. The venue was tidy and the employees were lively. The units were huge and airy, with very comfortable beds. There is a shared garden, and plenty of different restaurants and bars to eat outside the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the city center. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with lovely gardens just outside. I also appreciated the table tennis facility, which provided some fun entertainment during my stay. The breakfast included in the price was delicious and satisfying. this hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail.
